Imogen and Will's Wedding at The Assembly House, Norwich

Imogen and Will tied the knot on a gorgeous Sunday in May, as the sun was beaming down. The day began with Imogen and her bridesmaids getting ready in their hotel room with the help of Love Moi Makeup and Leanne Moralee hair, before Imogen slipped into her stunning gown and veil and I headed downstairs to view the ballroom in all its glory. Decorated with blossom trees, the room echoed with the sounds of pianist Carrie O'Donnell.

It wasn’t long before the guests were heading inside, and soon followed Imogen, walking down the aisle with her father. She and Will said their vows and exchanged rings in a beautiful ceremony, after which we made our way outside for confetti and family photos. Singer Amy Morris entertained their guests, as I swept Imogen and Will away for some gorgeous just-married portraits.

Back inside, the room had been turned around for their Afternoon Tea wedding breakfast. After a few more portraits atop the balcony, their guests were led in. As this wedding took place whilst Covid restrictions were still in place, the couple opted not to have speeches or a first dance; instead, Amy Morris took her place on the stage to serenade the room as the cake was cut..

Imogen and Will’s wedding was classically beautiful. Despite their guestlist being reduced, they and their guests filled the room with their energy and love, and I had a wonderful time photographing it. Congratulations again, Imogen and Will!
