Emily and Jacob's Wedding at Waxham Barn, Norfolk
Emily and Jacob’s wedding was one I’d been looking forward to since I’d met them for their engagement shoot in 2021. I’d been eagerly following Emily’s wedding Instagram page throughout their planning process, and couldn’t wait to see what they came up with for their DIY day! And it didn’t disappoint. Their ceremony room looked absolutely incredible with hanging lights and pampas arrangements against the textured wall and windows, and the main barn was decorated to perfection with endless streams of ribbon bunting, gorgeous table setups and so many personal details, including references to their fur babies. Not only that, the weather was gorgeous and the vibe was utterly chilled. Emily had a vision for her wedding day and she pulled it off like a pro!
This was my first visit to Waxham Barn, and one of my favourite things about it was the proximity to the beach. It was less than a 5-minute walk away, with so many great photo opportunities along the way, and we took full advantage of the beautiful dunes, white sandy beach and blue sea for some lovely couple portraits of the two of them.
I had a blast photographing Emily & Jacob’s wedding, and am so happy I was able to be a part of their celebrations. Their guests were up for a laugh, the dance floor was full, and the barn was just filled with love and joy all day long. Huge congratulations to this wonderful couple!
