The Women's March on London

On Saturday the 21st of January, I headed to London to take photographs of the Women’s March on London. Around 100,000 people attended to protest against Trump’s inauguration, and fascism in general. The march started at Grosvenor Square at 12:30pm, and continued past the US Embassy, ending at Trafalgar Square with a huge rally.

The march was incredibly successful, with a huge turnout. It was also very peaceful, with no disruptions or antagonists. In fact, it felt like one of the safest rallies I’d ever been to. Every woman in the crowd was looking out for one another, and among the chants and drumming there was laughter and smiles.

Here are my favourite photos from the march.

Did you attend any of the women's marches? Let me know what you thought in the comments!
